About Us

Our Story

Our dairy journey began at Crockers Farm in 1981, with just 18 cows bought on the Isle of Wight and milked in the stable. That same year, we built our milking parlour and soon grew the herd to 60.

The very first cow to calve here was Queenie, and her descendants still graze our fields today

In 1995, we proudly achieved pedigree status, and our herd has since enjoyed regular success in the show ring at both the Royal Isle of Wight County Show and the New Forest Show.

Our Team

We, Paul and Mary Bradley, run the farm with the help of our four children - Julie, Rose, Jack and Lucy - along with our son-in-law Martin and local lad Cain. It’s a team we’re incredibly proud of.

With ten grandchildren often lending a hand, there’s never a shortage of willing helpers around the place!

Our Herd

Our herd of 170 pedigree Holstein Friesians, including 140 milking cows, enjoys the freedom to graze on the lush green pastures surrounding Cowes throughout the summer. During the winter months, they are carefully fed on our own home-grown forage to ensure the highest quality care year-round.

As a Red Tractor assured farm, we undergo regular independent inspections to maintain the strictest standards of animal welfare and safety. This commitment guarantees that you, our valued customers, can trust in the traceability and exceptional quality of our milk.

Our Future

Our free-range, pasture-fed herd at Crockers Farm produces fresh milk all year round, and we’re delighted to share it with you through our self-service vending machine at the end of the farm lane. Enjoy our farm-fresh milk in reusable glass bottles, helping us keep things as kind to the environment as possible.
